The Service provides an online editor, templates, and optional AI-assisted writing helpers to create resumes and export them as PDFs. You are responsible for the content you enter into the editor and for ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws.
Some features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to maintain the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must not use the Service to upload or distribute illegal content, harass others, infringe intellectual property, or perform any action that interferes with the Service or other users. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
If the Service offers paid features or subscriptions, access to those features is governed by the pricing, billing, and refund policies presented at the time of purchase. You agree to pay applicable fees and to provide accurate payment information.
We (and our licensors) retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, the templates, and the software. You retain ownership of the resume content you provide. By using the Service you grant us a limited license to display and process your content to provide the Service.

To the extent permitted by law, ResumeAI Pro and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for direct damages will be limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months (or a nominal amount if you have not paid).
